Patients, Carers, Community
You, the person accessing health care services here at Shepparton Medical Centre, are the connection between us and the many other health services and professionals. You are the expert in your own health and wellbeing. You are the reason we're here.
That's why we're keen to collaborate with you. We're keen to listen to your ideas of what a good general practice looks like. We'd like to run our ideas past you to see what you think. If you think that we can do better, please be in touch. There are three ways in which you can help make your general practice the best it can be:
- The patient & carers group meets once every three months to have a say on how we run the practice. The management team will present you with a progress report and plans for the next few months. From time to time, we may ask you to participate in a working group for a particular issue such as our fee schedule or the development of a men's health clinic.
- We are currently working on a suggestion and feedback form that will be available online on this website and in the centre.
- Write us an email (reception@shepmed.unimelb.edu.au) or letter.
Of course, we also like to hear compliments!
